Back with a video I'm really excited about! The NYC housing lottery is something I've been singing the praises of forever, and I can't believe more people don't know about it. It's truly the only way that I've been able to live by myself in New York City these past five years. In this video, I detail my history with the affordable housing lottery - I've won TWICE! - and walk you through the process of applying for an apartment. I even include a mini apartment tour of my $875 a month apartment in here. And the tour of my new middle income apartment is coming soon!
