You need to change the below settings as advised on this video:

Go to Settings (of GCam 8.1 app),  Video Stabilization (OIS),  Turn on this setting
Then Go to Settings, Additional modules settings, Settings Back Lens (1.0)  , Ram Patcher,  Set maxISO to 1000 and set Vingette to 0.000
