Tarikh Episode 142
In this episode of Tarikh, Harshita discusses the event of the murder of Bairam Khan, the tutor of Akbar. When he was on his way to Mecca, In Patan, Gujrat, he was killed by a group of Afghans on 31st January 1561. It is said Akbar dismissed his from his court and sent him to a tour to Mecca, and he was killed then. We tried to answer all the questions such as What was the real story behind his murder? Which important battle was fought in the leadership of Bairam Khan? How Bairam Khan and his family was connected with Mughals? How importantly he served Mughal empire? Why was he killed?
