Food Prep: SEAL & FREEZE your Grated Bag of CHEESE!

When you seal and freeze cheese you can save money.  When our family came to visit, for convenience sake we bought grated cheese in a large bag.  Way too much was left over for the two of us after everyone went home. We decided to seal and freeze the leftovers. Remember, you save even more money when you buy a block of cheese and grate it yourself!
