Coffee Jelly Sago Drink
Ingredients
1 pack (25g) Unflavored White Jelly Powder ---------------P13.50
5 cup Water
1/2 cup Sugar --------------------------------------------------- P 5.00
2 Tbsp Instant Coffee ------------------------------------------P 4.00
1 big can (370ml) Evaporated Milk --------------------------P25.00
1 big can (300ml) Condensed Milk --------------------------P30.00
1 pack (250ml) All-Purpose Cream -------------------------P 49.95
1 Tsp Instant Coffee ------------------------------------------P 1.00
2 cup Cooked Mini Sago (tapioca) --------------------------P10.00
22 oz Slim Cup with Bear Lid ---------------------------------P9.75 each
Procedure
1. In a pot combine water, jelly powder, sugar and instant coffee. Stir to dissolve. Cook over medium heat until it boils. Pour jelly mixture into a heat proof mould. Let it cool to set. Cut jelly into cubes. Set aside.
2. Dilute instant coffee in 2 tbsp water. Set aside. In a bowl combine evaporated milk,
condensed milk, all purpose cream and coffee mixture. Add jelly cubes and mini sago
(tapioca) to the cream mixture. Mix well. Chill in the ref or put ice before serving.
Pour in a disposable cups and serve.
Enjoy!
