If you forgot local administrator
If you forgot local administrator password and cannot login to your laptop or computer, or you cannot install program on a user account because it requires the password, you can use Offline NT Password to reset password of any local user account on Windows.
Note: I won't be responsible in any damage or failure of the system if you're using this tool so use at your own risk.
