An inserter comma is used
An inserter comma is used before and after any element that is inserted into the middle of an independent clause. Inserted part of a sentence that can be removed without changing the essential meaning of that sentence. The parenthetical element is sometimes called added information.
These Parenthetical elements can be words, phrases, or clauses, are set off with commas.
