▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
1 onion finely chopped
fry in vegetable oil
1 carrot
~ 1/2 of a medium sized cabbage
Add cabbage and simmer for 10 minutes
salt to taste
Allow the cabbage to cool for 1-2 minutes
600 grams of minced meat
2 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper to taste
mix everything well
shape cutlets
Fry the patties on both sides over medium/high heat until golden brown
2 small onions
1 carrot
fry in vegetable oil
2 large tomatoes
salt, pepper, 1 tsp sugar
~ Simmer for 10 minutes
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and lay out the cutlets
Let the excess liquid evaporate and add 5-6 tablespoons of sour cream
mix and add the vegetable side dish to the chops
Bake at 190°C for 35 minutes
