Join me and certified yoga instructor Shannon Yeager for a guided laughter meditation for instant stress relief. Laughing raises your vibration and brings you into the moment. As a daily exercise laughing shifts your perspective and brings joy and health into your life. To do this meditation all you have to do is to simply start laughing. It feels strange at first, as it is not easy to start laughing like a maniac without a trigger or an event to provoke laughter.

But, that is exactly what you need to do. Feels unnatural, doesn’t it? It is unfortunate that society conditions us to repress our emotions so much that both laughing and crying seem odd to us. But, what could be more natural than laughter?

I encourage you to practice this laughter meditation daily for at least a month to see its positive effects manifest in your life.
