Chinese American Group Files Lawsuit To Stop Black Students From Benefiting From NY STEM Program

Chinese American groups have filed a federal lawsuit against the NY STEM program claiming Asian students are blocked from entering the program. Asian students can enter the program if they meet the eligibility requirements. Once again resources we fought are attempted to be undermined.
