Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 large eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups sour cream
pink, blue, yellow and green food colouring

Buttercream:
2 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
5 cups confectioner’s sugar
1 cup mini eggs, for filling
3 cups mini eggs, for decorating
