Ricetta semplice per fare il pan di spagna.
INGREDIENTI
200 GRAMMI FARINA
200 GRAMMI UOVA
150-200 GRAMMI ZUCCHERO
1 LIEVITO PER TORTE

In una grande ciotola fate la tara e mettete dentro 4 uova intere,rifate la tara e mettete anche 200 grammi di farina 00,rifate la tara e aggiungete 150 grammi di zucchero.Montare con le fruste elettriche per 14 minuti.
Aggiungere una bustina di lievito per torte e montare ancora un minuto
Infornare a forno caldo in una tortiera da 22-24 cm.
Se non è montata bene almeno 14 minuti non vi verrà bene.
