I made a healthy and tasty cabbage dumpling (cabbage ball).
Chicken breast, tofu, and cabbage are all good ingredients for diet and health.
The vegetables come out sweet and taste good, even if it is cold.
It is also great for a lunch box menu.

✤ Ingredients (3 servings / 21 pieces)
   -1 chicken breast (150g)
   -1/3 of tofu (100g)
   -1/6 cabbage
   -1/3 onion
   -Green Onion
   -0.5tbsp of salt (when pickled cabbage)
   -1tbsp of starch powder (coated on cabbage)
   -Lemon balm, black sesame, parsley (deco/omitable)

✤ Sauce (measured by rice spoon)
   -1tbsp soy sauce
   -3 tbsp chopped onion
   -1tbsp chopped green onion
   -Ginger powder 0.2tbsp (omit if there is no / minced ginger is possible)
   -0.2 tbsp minced garlic
   -1tbsp sesame oil
   -1 tbsp starch powder
   -A little pepper powder

✤ TIP
  -Add flavor with your favorite herbs.
  -Flour is possible without starch powder.
