15 - Revit API - Family Manager - Create and style right click context menu for items in list view

Our functionality will mainly come from right click menu. First step is to create context menu with items based on individual pieces in the list view. In rest of the video we create style of context menu based on our dark theme. Functionality will be implemented latter.
