Withe everyone stuck at home and running low on supplies, I thought it was the perfect time to talk about my favorite three ingredient drinks you hopefully can make right now.
I hope you're all riding out your quarantine and social isolation well and healthy, and that you're safe and sound and surrounded by people you love. I get asked a lot "What are good drinks that are easy to make?!" and right here is my answer.

Margarita
2 oz.or 60 ml. Reposado Tequila
1 oz.or 30 ml. Lime juice
1 oz.or 30 ml. Dry Curaçao
Shake and Strain into salt rimmed glass
Daiquiri
2 oz.or 60 ml. Rum
1 oz.or 30 ml. simple syrup
1 oz.or 30 ml. lime juice
Shake and Strain
Negroni
1 part London Dry Gin
1 part Sweet Vermouth
1 Part Campari
Stir and serve as you like
Manhattan
2 oz.or 30 ml. rye
1 oz.or 30 ml. Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Stir over ice and strain
Sidecar
1.5 oz.or 45 ml. Cognac
.75 oz.or 22 ml. Dry Curaçao
.75 oz.or 22 ml. Lemon Juice
Shake and Strain into sugar rimmed glass
Whiskey Sour
2 oz.or 60 ml. Rye
1 oz.or 30 ml. Simple Syrup
1 oz.or 30 ml. Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Dry shake & Shake and Strain
Garnish with bitters dots
Tom Collins
2 oz.or 60 ml. London Dry Gin
1 oz.or 30 ml. Lemon Juice
1 oz.or 30 ml. Simple Syrup
build over ice, top with seltzer
Martini
2 oz.or 60 ml. London Dry Gin
1 oz.or 30 ml. French Vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
Stir over ice
Garnish with lemon twist (or olives if you must)
Old Fashioned
2 oz.or 60 ml. Bourbon
~.25 oz.or ~8 ml. Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir over ice
Garnish with Orange Twist
