Use equal amounts of chopped, peeled, and cored tomatoes and sliced okra.
Cook tomatoes 15 minutes in saucepot.
Add okra.
Cook 5 minutes.
Ladle hot vegetables into hot jars leaving 1 inch headspace.
Add 1/2 tsp canning salt or sea salt , if you are using pints or 1 tsp of salt if you are using quarts.
Wipe rim of jar in case you dropped something on it.
Put the new flat on there and screw the lid finger tight.
Have water in canner heating up as well so there is not any type of shock to cause breakage.
Bring canner to pressure and let vent for 10 minutes.  
Put on your weight and then put the jiggler on.  Start your time when the jiggler starts to rock back and forth.
Process pints 30 minutes or quarts for 35 minutes at 10 pounds of pressure.
