Topped with Onion, Ginger, Chilli and Coriander this dish takes your taste buds to a heavenly ride where you will feel too good in every crunchy bite of this Dosa! And not to forget the accompaniments, from Chutney to Sambar this goes with anything and everything! With the right measurements and right steps, you will definitely get a Perfectly Roasted Rava Dosa.! Please give your feedback after trying out the dish!

Ingredients
ரவை / Rava - 500 Gms
அரிசி மாவு / Rice Flour - 400 Gms
மைதா / Maida - 250 Gms
சீரகம் / Cumin Seed - ¼ Spoon
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 1
இஞ்சி / Ginger - ¼ Spoon
மிளகு / Pepper - ¼ Spoon
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 1
கறிவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves - தேவையான அளவு / As Required
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves - தேவையான அளவு / As Required
உப்பு / Salt - தேவையான அளவு / As Required
சர்க்கரை  / Sugar - ¼ Spoon
எள் விதை  / Sesame Seed - ¼ Spoon
நல்லெண்ணெய்  / Sesame Oil
