The Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister (EAC-PM) unveiled a study titled "Share of religious minorities: A cross-country analysis," examining demographic changes from 1950 to 2015.
The study reveals that India's Hindu majority population declined by 7.81 percent over the 65-year period, while the Muslim community saw a substantial growth of 43.15 percent during the same timeframe.
