مستن از نحوه ترور آمر پیرم قل ضیایی، فرمانده قدرتمند شمال افغانستان:
او روز سه شنبه، ۱۲ ثور ۱۴۰۰ ، درچنین روزی در جنگ علیه افراد طالبان در منطقه ای قلعه گردآب ولسوالی رستاق ولایت تخار کشته شد. کشته شدن او در شرایط حساس جنگ و ناامنی ها در شمالشرق کشور ابهاماتی را با خود داشت. بر اساس اطلاعات منابع از درون طالبان، پیرم قل ضیایی، توسط یک پهباد مدیریت شده مربوط به یک تیم تخصصی حملات پهادی طالبان که از ولسوالی دشت ارچی ولایت کندز به ولسوالی رستاق برده شده، هدف قرار گرفته و کشته شده است.
