Mike and Nick look into recent pickpocketing crime in the city. A battle and begins between the  three parties, leading to a cable ar to race down the hill towards city centre.

Cartoonist Scott disappears leaving behind 100 superhero comic books that spread throughout San Francisco. Mike stumbles upon "Crying Man" and ends up summoning the superhero from the book, forever changing his life.
