সরকারি কর্মকর্তা কর্মচারিদের সম্পদের হিসাব দাখিলের নির্দেশনা চেয়ে রিট

আইন অনুযায়ী সরকারি কর্মকর্তা কর্মচারিদের সম্পদের হিসাব দাখিল ও প্রকাশের নির্দেশনা চেয়ে হাইকোর্টে রিট করেছেন সুপ্রিম কোর্টের এক আইনজীবী। রিটের আবেদনকারী বলেন দুদক যদি দুর্নীতি দমন করতে পারতো তাহলে দেশে আজ বড় বড় দুর্নীতিবাজের সৃষ্টি হতো না। আর আইন বিশেষজ্ঞ শাহদীন মালিক বলেন দাখিল করা সম্পদের হিসাব যাচাই-বাছাই করে দেখা হলে দুর্নীতি অনেকখানি কমে যাবে। মাজহারুল হক মান্নার রিপোর্ট।
