Our chefs give you tips on the best way to cook our Licious Chicken Tangdi Kebab!
Pan method: (Cooking time: 5 - 8 minutes)
* Place the Chicken Tangdi Kebab in a bowl and massage in the marinade.
* Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium flame and add one 1 teaspoon of oil. Spread out the Chicken Tangdi Kebab on the surface of the pan and sear it on all sides for 2-3 minutes.
* Add a small cup of water (50ml) and put a lid on so the moisture doesn’t escape. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
* Open the lid and cook the chicken until the water evaporates. Flip the kebab occasionally until cooked through.
Oven method: (Cooking time: 5 - 8 minutes)
* Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
* Spread out the Chicken Tangdi Kebab on a greased baking tray or skewer it and place it in the oven.
* After 2-3 minutes, flip the kebab and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
