Effectively manage your construction projects by learning from the past and thinking Lean and optimizing for the project instead of the individual.  In this video I discuss what we can learn from the construction of the Empire State Building.  How was the Empire State Building designed, engineered and built in 20 months?  Could we do that today? What can we learn from the past that we have perhaps forgotten? What should we perhaps leave in the past?  All these construction related questions are addressed in this video.
