Dieses MLO ersetzt das in Vinewood befindliche Department of Water.  Mit seiner massiven Struktur und den modernen Sicherheitssystemen ist es dafür ausgelegt, die gefährlichsten Verbrecher der Stadt zu halten. Eine robuste Sicherheitstheke begrüßt Besucher und Personal gleichermaßen. Hier werden Besucher überprüft und registriert, bevor sie Zugang zum Gebäude erhalten. Das Herzstück des Gebäudes ist der Zellenblock, der 2 Etagen umfasst. Jede Zelle ist streng gesichert und mit minimaler Einrichtung ausgestattet. Zwei Fahrstühle ermöglichen den Zugang zu den oberen Etagen des Gebäudes. Am Rand des Zellenblocks befindet sich der Kontrollraum. Von hier aus können die Wachen alle Aktivitäten im Zellenblock überwachen und bei Bedarf eingreifen. Ein hoher Wachturm ragt in die Mitte des Hofes und bietet den Wachen einen strategischen Überblick über das gesamte Gelände. Von hier aus können sie potenzielle Unruhen frühzeitig erkennen und eingreifen. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Kantine, eine Küche, Waschräume und vieles mehr....

This MLO replaces the Department of Water located in Vinewood Middle. With its massive structure and modern security systems, it is designed to hold the city's most dangerous criminals. A robust security counter welcomes visitors and staff alike. Visitors are checked and registered here before gaining access to the building. The centerpiece of the building is the cell block, which spans 2 floors. Each cell is securely locked and equipped with minimal furnishings. Two elevators provide access to the upper floors of the building. At the edge of the cell block is the control room. From here, guards can monitor all activities in the cell block and intervene if necessary. A tall watchtower protrudes into the center of the yard, providing guards with a strategic overview of the entire area. From here, they can detect and intervene in potential unrest early. Additionally, there is a cafeteria, kitchen, washrooms, and much more.
