Cuomo newest puppet is Houtan Moaveni. His job is to rape upstate New York's beauty by putting 400,000 wind turbines and solar farms only hundreds of feet from homes. His agency, ORES, will declare all local zoning protections invalid. The public has absolutely no say in the matter.
