Today's recipe is Onion Raita , which is a traditional and healthy side dish , mainly in south Karnataka. It can be served with hot rice or dosa.

Onion is a rich source of vitamin B & C , protein , fibre , sodium and potassium. Coconut used in Thambuli is also a rich source of fibre , iron , potassium and other minerals.
