This is what you can find metal detecting old farm fields in NH 1700s 1800s

With the Fisher F19 metal detector I am out to see what I can find buried in the ground of these old farm fields. They are grown over now with trees but back in the 1700s and 1800s this was all wide open farm land. Metal detecting along the old rock walls I am digging up all kinds of metal with some good finds. Old brass buckles with a beautiful green patina, oxen knob that would have gone on the OX and to finish it off a wheat penny. I know there has to be more old coins out here but we will take the wheat !
