How to fix neck hump, nerd neck, forward head posture, hunchback, get a personality to become better.

Step 1
Squeeze massage on both shoulders for 10 seconds to relax muscles.
Rotate your shoulders back, alternating both sides 20 times.

Step 2

Do the same on the other side.

Cross your shoulders and hold your head down for 10 seconds.

Step 3
Use fingertips to massage the edge of the occipital bone, massage in circular motion for 10 seconds.

Use your fingertips to press the hump behind the neck and drag forward 20 times.

Use your knuckles to massage the hump behind your neck in a circular motion for 20 seconds.

Done, do it 1-2 times a day.
