I present to you RRPG's Final Fantasy Retrospective!
In this episode, Yoshinori Kitase and his team would be in charge of bringing about the official, thirteenth installment to Square Enix flagship franchise that would be the start of a new compilation project called Fabula Nova Crystallis Final Fantasy. For being such an ambitious project with Final Fantasy XIII, its pair of sequels, and the many other games and novellas that came out for it, the multimedia franchise would be one of the most controversial things to ever come out of the company. Whether if it's because of Lightning's portrayal or the main cast of characters, its over-arching plot that became even more convoluted with every game that came out, or the need to making the game have a pair of sequels to become a trilogy, Fabula Nova Crystallis and Final Fantasy XIII has been a mixed bag between fans and the general public. RRPG goes over the Final Fantasy XIII trilogy as well as giving an honorable mention to Final Fantasy Type-0 that was worked on by Hajime Tabata! Sit back, relax, grab your soda and popcorn, and be embraced for what is about to talked about by RRPG and this new episode of his retrospective series. Enjoy!
