A German journalist has blamed Ukrainian soldiers’ war tactics for the recent loss of Swedish-made Combat Vehicle 90 (CV 90) to Russian forces. Bild contributor Julian Ropcke said that the Swedish-made infantry fighting vehicle was put “too close to the front” by Ukrainian forces.
Russian forces captured their first CV 90, an advanced $10 million apiece Swedish-made infantry fighting vehicle, in West of Kreminna. Western officials and observers have in recent weeks expressed frustration over Kyiv’s war “tactics.”
