Team Everydaywarrior, 40 MIN Booty Workout with Abs is waiting for you!
Grab your Dumbbells and a little elevation (I used a Weights Plate, you could also use a bigger book).
Let's work on our booty and get the abs burning. 🔥

As always, focus on yourself - make every single workout your own challenge.
There are always ways to modify, such as slowing down, resting more, no jumping switching or dropping your weights for example.
The weights I used: 1x 15 kg (for your reference).

00:00 - 00:10 Intro
00:11 - 05:16 Warm Up
05:17- 42:50 Workout (40 sec ON 🔥 | 15 sec rest)
42:52 - 47:06  Finisher (30 sec ON fire 🔥, 5 sec transition)
47:08 - 50:30 Cool Down

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR own. Also make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to rest some more when you need to. 🙏🏼
