Is a home-made mill, suitable for family use.
The millstones, in very hard stone from Africa, combined with a medium power engine, can reduce to 25 kg of corn flour every hour.
Its principle of operation Consists in the well-known system of mill stones. The upper one
does not rotate, but can approach, till to almost touch it, to the one under that is rotating at low speed.
The corn enter from the upper part of the machine and fall into the millstones where it is reduced into flour. Then the "dirty flour" fall down into a vibrating sieve where the good part is separated from bran.
The final result is a wholemeal flour suitable for human use, That Maintains full nutritional characteristics thanks to low speed rotation of the millstone and the low temperatures reached by flour during the process.
