Swami Aparajitananda takes us through the summary lane of Jñāna Vijñāna - illuminated by all that is divine, glorious, majestic, wonderful and beneficial - using the magic wand of minimum words and maximum essence.

Verse 24 clarifies the question why no one worships Him. Krishna tells Arjuna that the unintelligents, not recognising His Higher Nature, consider Him a mortal being. Swamiji elaborates on the glory and mystery of Avatāra (v/s. human birth) and the extent of His freedom to manifest. Referring to Mahābhārata and Bhāgavatam, it is clarified that only few - Bhīshma, Nāradajī, Kapila Muni, Lord Shiva, etc. - know Him as: He is both in hearts and outer visions.

In verse 25, Krishna says, "He only is the cause for this." He keeps Himself hidden by His Yogamāyā. Elaborating on the concept, Swamiji shows how union of trigunas creates veil for ignorants.

Verse 26: But Lord Himself being Omniscient Māyāpati is never deluded by Māyā and knows all about all. The point is beautifully made clear how even when enveloped by matter, He controls matter and abhakta jīvas can never know Him.

Verse 27: Krishna further clarifies the point and Swamiji exposes logically and in a deeply penetrating manner, the link and steps between delusion and impurities of mind. Solution to keep mind positive and peaceful is elaborated by example of bhogī and Yogī.

Verse 28 gives solution and way to reach it.

Swamiji gives Spiritual definition of pāpa (sin) and punya in terms of state of mind. Here punya karma means Satkarma + right Karmayogī attitude. The way to convert punya karma into divine actions is also discussed showing benefits. State of mind of such devotees is wonderfully described by Swamiji defining dridha-vratāhā. In short, their goal, effort, love, respect and value are towards only Him.

Verses 29 and 30 summarise essence of Chapter 7. Krishna declares: these devotees, striving to liberate from jarā (old age) and maran (death), take refuge in Me and know the six factors, viz. Brahma, karma, adhibhūta, adhidaiva, adhyātma and adhiyajña during lifetime and at the time of death. Swamiji simplifies how this feat is possible.

Swamiji most joyfully and wonderfully explains the "iti" part of this auspicious dialogue (divine song) and

gives the clue -

that these seven questions by Arjuna form the seed of Chapter 8.
