How to fix Windows Mobile Device Center on Windows 10 build 1703

In this video I guide  you through fixing WMDC on Windows 10 after the 1703 build update. A lot of people are unable to use their device due to this problem.

As stated in the video here are the two registry entries that you will need to actually fix the issue.

REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RapiMgr /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WcesComm /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f
