If you want to challenge yourself to get started decluttering even if you feel overwhelmed I think this is a good place to begin. Grab a few bags or boxes and just go through your house and see what you can find that is trash, recycle, donate, or return whether that is to a store or back to it's owner. Clutter collects easily and it's so important to do regularly scheduled decluttering sessions to keep things in check. I will probably continue to do something like this ever 4 to 6 months
