Asus Chromebook Flip C302 | REVIEW

I have owned a series of Chromebooks and I finally found one that is worth recommending and worth reviewing. Looking back, the Toshiba CB2 2015 was fast, has a backlit keyboard but comes with a plastic cheap body. I have had two Toshiba's that failed to boot after months (no power going through it, just dead). Then Acer made the Chromebook 14 with aluminum body but lacked processing power. Asus finally hit the sweet spot with the C302; aluminum body, fast processor, backlit keyboard, beautiful IPS screen and touchscreen ability. I have been waiting for a Chromebook of this caliber for a very long time. The only con is the speakers lack bass due to the thin profile of the laptop. IMO I think anything over $500 is too much for a Chromebook.

This Chromebook was released in 2017.
