Today we're making a simple but totally delicious tomato tart, with puff pastry, feta and basil. This makes for a tasty light meal that is super easy to make, but looks impressive and gourmet. The mixed tomatoes are bursting with flavour, and this tart lets them shine through.

30g feta
1/2 tsp poppy seeds
Fresh basil
Egg wash
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
