From pitched battles against the far right in France to Israeli colonization in the Middle East: an extraordinary journey of a radicalized Jew.
A young Jew from the Parisian suburbs in the 1960s and 1970s, Thierry was one of the leaders of small Jewish identity groups at war against the far right in the 1970s and 1980s. Having become one of the bosses of Betar, he left to do his service in Israel and fight the Lebanese war in the special forces.
Converted to religious orthodoxy by a radicalized New York rabbi, Thierry became Pinhas and now devotes himself to the reconquest by the Jews of Greater Israel. Once close to the Mossad, he is today one of the most active leaders of the colony of Kyriat Arba, in occupied Palestine, near Hebron.
By turns seductive and revolting, manipulative and naive, the character sheds light on some of the most mysterious pages of recent French history and plunges us into the heart of the secrets of Israeli colonization in the Middle East.
