Hundreds shop barefoot at store launch

A shoe store launch should be fun, so to celebrate the opening of the new look Number One Shoes store in St Lukes, Auckland, shoppers were asked to take their old shoes off at the door and walk in barefoot to choose a brand new pair, on the house. Shoe lovers started lining up at 6am, the doors opened at 9am and hundreds of shoes found new homes, including the old shoes which were gifted to the Red Cross charity.
