We enter a Flood-infested High
We enter a Flood-infested High Charity in order to rescue Cortana in this eighth mission of the Halo 3 Campaign. If you have any questions or suggestions, leave a comment below.
A note about this mission: Many people believe that this is the hardest mission in the game, and even go so far as to call it more difficult than the Library. It's not. Not by a long shot. The hardest mission in the game is The Ark. Now, because of the infamy of this mission, most people don't actually play it, discard it as trash, and simply run through the whole thing. I will NOT be doing that, and as far as I know, I am the only person to ever make a complete walkthrough for this mission on Legendary.
The key to getting through this mission is patience and preparation. I can teach you the preparation part, but I can't teach you patience. If you find that you're dying a lot, take the time to examine your situation, and change the way that you are approaching things. The strategies that I use in this video are so effective, that the only times that I died in this entire walkthrough, was during the return trip through the Bridge (during the escape).
Let me rephrase that: I MADE IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH PELICAN HILL, THE BRIDGE, PUREFORM CORRIDOR, THE HIVE, THE REACTOR ROOM, AND DESTROYED THE REACTOR WITHOUT DYING ONCE.
