You don’t have to stand up to get SUMMER STRONG!  This SEATED workout is the perfect combination of CHAIR CARDIO and DUMBBELL STRENGTH - burn fat and build muscle without leaving your seat.  This workout will work for you if you’re nursing a lower body injury or have limited mobility.  We’re alternating cardio exercises for time and weight lifting work for reps, toning the major muscle groups in our shoulders, torso and legs, as well as our heart and lungs.

Timer is set for 30 second intervals.

WARM UP:
Arm Circles
High Knees
Arm Crossers
Knee Openers

MAIN WORKOUT (cardio exercises are performed for 30 seconds and strength exercises for 8 reps; complete the circuit 3x):
Side Reaches (cardio) + Overhead to High Knees (strength)
Double Knees (cardio) + Peek-a-Boos with a High Knee (strength)
Seated Jacks (cardio) + Knee Lift and Open (strength)
Chair Running (cardio) + Oblique Crunches (strength)

FINISHER (complete 12 reps):
Deadlifts
