1. MINI Puff Pastry SANDWICHES WITH CRAB SALAD
- INGREDIENTS -
Puff pastry - 250 g
Egg Yolk - 1 unit
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Crab sticks - 150 g
Boiled Egg - 2 units
Chopped onion - 20 g
Green Olives - 50 g
Salt to taste
Parsley - 1 date
Mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp
Lettuce - a few leaves
Cucumber slices
2. MEAT BALLS WITH CHEESE NACHOS AND CURRY SAUCE
- INGREDIENTS -
Minced Chicken + Turkey - 300 g
Chopped onion - 1 unit
Salt - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Ground cumin - 1 tsp
Sweet Paprika - 1 tsp
Parsley - 1 tsp
Cheese flavor nachos - 100 g
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 3 tbsp
Olive oil
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Curry sauce - 1 tbsp
3. CUPS OF MARINATED SALMON WITH MANGO AND AVOCADO
- INGREDIENTS (for 6 glasses)-
Previously thawed salmon - 100 g
Chopped onion - 1/2 unit
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Mango - 100g
Avocado - 1 pc
Lemon Juice - 1/2 unit
Oregano - 1 tsp
Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Nori Seaweed Sheet
4. EGGS STUFFED WITH AVOCADO MOUSSE WITH BACON
- Ingredients (for 4 units) -
Boiled egg - 2 pc
Avocado - 1/2 unit
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oregano - 1 tsp
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Bacon strips - 30 g
Sriracha sauce - a few drops
Fried onion - 1 tsp
