One of the most typical dishes of Covarrubias (Burgos) is the rotten pot. The impression of its name should not mislead us since it is one of the most succulent meals of our popular gastronomy. In the year 2000, Alejandro Gutiérrez showed us step by step how this traditional stew was made.
