The low profile Dust Deputy versus the Dustopper dust separator is the video I have for you today. The low profile dust deputy cyclone is a new cyclone separator from Oneida Air Systems, Inc.
Cyclone separators are an inline device on shop vacs and dust collectors that collect a large portion of the dust and debris sucked in with a shop vac. This means that very little dust gets to the shop vac or filter, prolonging the life of the filter and preventing suction loss.
I do a CFM test with an anemometer to see which cyclone dust separator performs the best. I hope you can see the differences between these low profile dust separators and can make an informed decision if you are in the market.
