Bread flour 250g( 2 cups-poured in the cup)I recommend measuring in gram by scale.
water or milk 107g(110-120ml)(1/2 cup)(could be 2tbsp more or less depending on the size of the egg and the humidity of flour or how much butter you use)make a very soft dough.
milk 120 ml
large egg 1(51g)
yeast 1tsp (make sure good quality)
sugar 3 tsp(37g)
salt 3/4 tsp
butter 3 tbsp(42g) or 4tbsp
bake 15 to 20 mins at 175°C(350°F)(depending on your oven type)
(25mins if you feel it's under baked, under baked bread will feel dough like texture and smells more yeasty)
