HAREES SOUP RECIPE INGREDIENTS Harees Seeds ( Wheat hub ) - 1 Cup Chicken - 2 breast Carrot -1 Medium Tomato - 1 Large Onion - 1 Large Dry Lemon - 1 Chicken Cubes - 2 Garlic & Ginger Paste - 1 tbl sp of each Black Pepper - 1 tsp Salt - ½ tsp Tumeric Powder - ¼ tsp Garam Masala - 1 tsp Oil - 3 tbl sp Preparation Methods Take a Pot 3 tbl sp of oil, then add 1 Large Chopped Onion , 1 Large Chopped Tomato , 1 Medium Chopped Carrot , now sauté them all for 3 mins then add Garlic & Ginger paste with 1 tbl sp of each , add 1 Full Dry Lemon & 2 chicken Cubes , 1 tsp of Garam Masala, 1tsp of Black Pepper , ¼ tsp of Turmeric Powder and salt ½ tsp, Mix by stirring for few mins then , then add the Boiled Shredded Chicken in it , Cook & Stir it again for 2 mins then add 1 Cup of Harees the Wheat hub Seeds ( Which is soaked Overnight , so it will be easier to cook with its softer texture ), keep Stirring on & off low flame for 4 mins , now pour 1 litre of water and stir for some times and then cover with Aluminum foil with lid on , Cook for 1 hour or 45 mins till the harees seeds are bit softer, keep on checking it if its cooked or need more water, once u see the seeds are soft, then grind the soup with blender, blend it roughly so it’s not that smooth, (or its optional blend more if you need fine smooth texture), if it get more thickened add little more water to bring it into soup texture again boil it for more 3 mins .
