Ingredients :
150gm whole brown lentil (masoor)
2 glass rice
1 big onion chopped
1 big potato
2 medium size tomato
8 - 10 curry leaves
3 bay leaf
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 cinamon stick
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1 inch ginger
4 green chilli
10 - 12 garlic
salt as per taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/4 tsp hot spices
1/2 tsp coriander cumin powder
4 tbsp oil
