The single leg deadlift with squat exercise is a lower body and core strengthening exercise to strengthen hips and feet as well as improve pelvic stability. The exercise is helpful to strengthen the weaker side of the body and the stability component recruits auxiliary muscles we use to keep our joints balanced.
