Air India Urination Case: On January 20, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation slapped a Rs 30 lakh penalty on Air India. The DGCA has also suspended the license of the pilot-in-command for the New York-Delhi flight on which a person purportedly urinated on an elderly female co-passenger. The watchdog also fined Air India's Director of In-Flight Services Rs 3 lakh for failing to execute her duties.
