✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
Green Chutney
* Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - 2 Cup
* Mint Leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - 1/2 Cup
* Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - 4-5
* Onion(प्याज) - 1
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1 Inch
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Spoon
* Salt(नमक) - 1 Spoon
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) -1 Tbsp
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - Some
* Water(पानी) - Some

For Bhajiya Batter:
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1 Big Bowl/250 Gram
* Fine Semolina(बारीक सूजी) - 50-60 Gram
* Asafoetida(हींग) - 1/4 Tsp
* Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) - 1/2 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Water(पानी) - As required
* Tomato(टमाटर) - 4
* Oil(तेल) - For Frying

For Chaat:
* Onion(प्याज) - Some
* Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - Some
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some
* Puffed Rice/Murmura(मुरमुरा) - 1 Bowl
* Fry Peanuts(मूंगफली)
* Sev/Namkeen(सेव/नमकीन) - 2-3 tbsp
* Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - Some
* Sweet Chutney(मीठी चटनी)
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Kashmiri Red chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some

For Garnishing:
* Nylon Sev/Namkeen(सेव/नमकीन)
* Onion(प्याज) - Some
* Pomagranate Seeds(अनार के दाने)
* Papdi(पापड़ी)
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
For Chutney, in a mixing jar, put Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chilli, Onion, Ginger, Sugar, Salty, red Chilli Powder, Raw Mango Powder & some Black Salt. Grind well by adding some Water & take it out in a bowl.
For Batter, in a big bowl, put Gram Flour & Fine Semolina & mix well. Then put Asafoetida/Hing Powder, Carom Seeds, Salt to taste, Turmeric Powder, Red Cilli Powder, Water & Hot Oil. Beat with the hand whisker & make a perfect consistency batter.
For Bhel, take some Tomatoes, wash & wipe them. Dip the whole Tomato into the batter & fry in medium-heated oil till it turns crispy & golden in color. Take them out on a plate & keep them for cooling down. Then cut the tomato pakoda into a center & remove the Tomato separately in a bowl. Crush the fried tomato & put chopped Onion, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Puffed Rice, Fried Peanuts, Sev/Namkeen, Green Chutney, Lemon Juice, Salt to taste, Sweet Chutney, Red Chilli Powder & Kashmiri red Chilli Powder & Mix well.
Then take an outing layer of Pakoda & fill the tomato filling into it & keep them on a serving plate. Garnish with Green & Sweet Chutney, Coriander Leaves, finely chopped Onion, Sev/Namkeen, Fried Peanuts, Pomegranate Seeds, Papdi & green Chilli. Serve and enjoy the Tasty Stuffed Tomato Pakodas/Chat/Bhel. In this way, Tasty Tomato Pakoda/Chat/Vada will get ready at home.
